I've visited this Starbucks a few times now for my caffeine fix, and they have yet to disappoint. I am a sucker for holiday ciders, hot cocoas and lattes, but I don't want to blindly sip down 400 calories...so I love that (like most Starbucks) they have the calorie count listed on the board for their holiday drinks (and they always have the info readily available for their regular menu items). They have quite a few custom options, if you ask. For diabetics or calorie-conscious caffeine addicts, they have about 10 different sugar-free syrups (including peppermint for the holidays), so you don't have to miss out on your favorite flavors just because you want a drink sans sugar. Yesterday I tried the gingerbread latte (which was delicious btw), but my BF prefers a warm chai latte to its caffeinated counterparts--he also knows there's tons of sugar in the concentrate they use to make their chai (and he's been trying to watch his waistline). So, I asked them if there was any way to make it sugar-free. Although not the same, they were able to whip up something similar that did the trick--By steeping a chai teabag, mixing it 50/50 with steamed milk infused with cinnamon & nutmeg, and finally adding sugar-free sweetener, they created a sugar-free chai tea latte :) They really aim to please at this Starbucks, which is why I will continue to stop here whenever I'm in town.

Drive-thru is the only reason I go here. It's good coffee. I wish they wouldn't try to sell you on stuff you don't ask for. Decent place.

I love Starbucks, but this is the worst one I visited, and this isn't based on one experience! One, they are always talking amongst themselves, never greet as you enter and often times don't exchange in small talk or eye contact at the hand off plane! Once at the drive thru, I said my order slower since they had yet to get it right four times prior, and I was met with a sassy and even slower repeat of the order in a very mocking way! Plus they are rude to each other, when they aren't talking to you and your waiting a few minutes for your drink you cant help but listen in... They were ridiculing a new girl in front of customers, imagine what they say about you when you leave!

The Cottage Grove Starbucks makes a decent coffee drink, which is normally served with a smile. I've run into the occasional case of the incorrect drink being provided; however this is usually corrected when pointed out. They seem to have problems with drinks that are available with and without coffee, usually my daughter's white hot chocolate with peppermint, ends up being a white mocha with peppermint... Not a super warm and inviting place to sit and chat; however a good place to stop and get coffee to go.

I love this Starbucks (from a drive thru perspective) with that in mind I didn't give if 5 stars because sometimes the drive thru line is so long I turn around and go without,
